Who Rescued Who?

This all started some years ago.  I had spent 10 years driving a truck, so I was gone a lot and meetings were sparse.  I had gone through a divorce and was involved in a major trucking accident, which in time ended my driving career.  So now I went back to being a mechanic. I also got remarried and acquired two stepchildren. Problem was, I had pretty much stopped going to meetings.  I did a few campouts and conventions, but was not really into it.
