Sometimes Miracles Happen

In the spring of 2022, I began volunteering one morning a week at the AA Central Office of a large midwestern city. I was fielding calls about meeting times and locations, literature, business hours, alkathons, all pretty routine stuff. Some days were busy, some slow. One of the most important part of the job was just seeing how the office functioned, and the varied duties required of the staff. This work was, and continues to be, quite a learning experience for me.
