At The Roundup

My sobriety date is May 14, 2018. And my first experience at the Las Vegas Roundup was also in 2018. I went with three friends in AA because we heard it was fun—I had about six months at that time. I had no expectations. I was happy to be sober, but life was not necessarily fun—court charges, my still-angry family, lawyer fees, clinging to a job—you get the picture!
