Relapse or S.L.I.P.?

She could go for weeks at a time without drinking, so why did she need AA?

It had been almost a year since I stopped drinking the first time. I didn't stay stopped because my built-in "forgetter" forgot all the turmoil and  tribulation alcoholic diagnosis created not so long before that relapse. I call it a S.L.I.P. because "Sobriety Lost Its Priority." Whatever you call it,  my relapse kept me out of the program for more than two years.
