Perfect On The Outside

From the outside, I looked like I had it all. Married with six children, a good job, a nice home. President of the indoor soccer club, treasurer for youth outdoor soccer, manager of the men’s soccer team, chairperson for our parish council, family of the year award from the Knights of Columbus. I opened the door and stepped into the bar, and they called my name. As I walked up to the bar the bartender poured my favorite brand of beer. I sat down beside my best friend. Someone told a joke, and we all laughed.
