It’s About Time

In my kitchen, between the many appliances and a few actual dedicated clocks, it is always the right time, more or less. Right now the stove says 6:02, the coffee maker reports 6:00 and Alexa, always on the ball, tells me it's exactly 6:05. In the morning. But I'm not really concerned since my appointment is with a bottle in the liquor cabinet and they tend to be very flexible in regards to time, forgiving even.
