A young woman with a dual diagnosis, after many tough challenges, finally finds her home in AA
In 1996, I was 26 years old and newly out of college. I had just had an abortion and had long since lost touch with the Catholic God of my upbringing, which is not to say that he didn’t still haunt me sometimes in those dark days.
