When I came into AA, I had a complete knowledge and awareness of my Higher Power. I was raised in a strict Christian home with strong Christian values and, of course, I knew the world could only be saved if we all agreed that my religion was the only way to heaven. In other words, I was a Bible guru that a lot of AAs have an aversion to.
