Thanks to AA and outside volunteers, a “lifer” stays sober and gets to share hope with his fellows inside
AA first found me in 1990 while I was still very lost and confused. It would be many years before I began to find myself. I had no life goals or direction. I lived to drink and party, holding jobs only to provide the resources to continue that lifestyle.
